PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a homogenous foamed-elastomer roller containing no involved air bubbles and having no burr in an extremely simple manner, and a toner supply roll obtained by the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the foamed-elastomer roller is constituted by forming a foamed elastomer on the outer periphery of a core using a mold which supports both end parts of a cylindrical mold and the core, and has a process for supporting the ends parts of the cylindrical mold and the core at least on one of upper and lower pieces, a process for fitting and connecting a cup 1, which receives the foamed elastomer forming material discharged from a casting machine, to the lower piece equipped with a plurality of injection holes and a process for inclining the cup 1 at an angle, which prevents the foaming of the discharge material 2 already dripped by the falling impact of the discharge material 2 dripped next, with respect to the dripping direction of the discharge material 2.
