PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a brushless motor which is provided with a main electrode teeth portion around which a coil is wound and an auxiliary electrode teeth portion with no coil wound so as not to degrade motor efficiency even when torque is high. SOLUTION: A stator 4 is constructed by using a core member 6 for auxiliary electrodes and core material 7 for main electrodes. The core member 6 for auxiliary electrodes is formed by a non-oriented silicon steel plate. On the other hand, the core material 7 for main electrodes is formed by an oriented silicon steel plate of which iron loss is smaller than that of the non-oriented silicon steel plate. A main electrode teeth leg piece 7c around which a winding 9a is wound is constructed so as to generate lower iron loss than an auxiliary electrode teeth leg piece 6c. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
