<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device or the like capable of continuously performing positioning based on a satellite signal from a positioning satellite even during a telephone conversation. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a terminal device 20 including a signal receiving means 32 for receiving a signal S1 or the like, and at least one amplifying means 34 or the like for amplifying the signal S1 or the like with an amplification factor specified in advance.
