PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter power supply for stably operating a voltage boosting constant current circuit in a state that a load is not connected. SOLUTION: In the DC-DC converter power supply, a power supply protector has a means for converting a current flowing in the load into a voltage, compares the voltage with a reference voltage of an error amplifier, and maintains the constant current flowing in the load. If the load is not connected, an operation of the voltage boosting constant current circuit is stabilized by a voltage and a current preset by a zener diode and a resistor.
