PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and inexpensively detect leakage when occurring in an oil supply pipe. SOLUTION: This pneumatic lubrication oil supply device uses compressed air for supplying lubrication oil to a lubricated object 3 via the oil supply pipe 2c. It comprises two pressure holding valves 20a, 20b provided in the oil supply pipe 2c at a space in the flowing direction of the lubrication oil for holding pressure in the oil supply pipe 2c when stopping the supply of the compressed air, and a pressure detector 21 for detecting pressure in the oil supply pipe 2c between the two pressure holding valves 20a, 20b.
