PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet delivering device and an image forming device capable of appropriately selecting a paper delivery tray fitting position in response to a difference of size and sort of paper of a used sheet, capable of stacking the sheets neatly, and capable of loading the sheets as much as possible. SOLUTION: In the sheet delivering device for delivering sheets to the paper delivery tray from a delivery opening, a plurality of fitting parts are provided near the paper delivery opening of a device main body so as to be selectively fitted to one of at least two positions in the vertical direction.
