PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for easily and safely sprinkling water, a detergent, or a drug, etc., toward a high place, a hand unreacheable place or the like without using a stepladder or a foothold. SOLUTION: A sprayer is attached to the end of a pipe. Then a hand side lever is operated.
