A clearance prevention structure of a steering column of a vehicle is provided to smoothly transfer the steering force and improve the sliding effect according to the sliding combination of the plastic overmolding of the lower shaft and the upper shaft. A clearance prevention structure of a steering column of a vehicle comprises lower and upper shafts(20,30). The lower shaft has a lower shaft bent part(23) bent to one side at a predetermined position of the center, and a plastic overmolding part(25) formed at one end of the lower shaft bent part through the plastic overmolding process. The upper shaft is formed with an upper shaft bent part(33) bent to one side at a predetermined position of the center to sliding-combine the plastic overmolding part and the upper shaft bent part. A predetermined groove is formed at the plastic-overmolded area of the lower shaft.
