A droplet discharge method, an electro-optic device, and an electronic apparatus are provided to reduce irregularities of a functional solution all over the substrate to obtain a uniform display. A droplet discharge method includes the steps of relatively scanning a plurality of ejection heads on an ejected part(18S) installed on a substrate, ejecting a plurality of functional droplets on the ejected part from a plurality of nozzles installed at the ejection heads, alternately disposing the ejection heads in a cross direction of the nozzles and disposing the plurality of nozzles on the ejection heads such that overlapped ejection regions(V) are formed, and scanning the ejection heads to include at least a portion of the ejection part.
