<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk apparatus wherein the degree of double refraction of an optical disk formed by injection molding is reduced and a reproducing signal having a high C/N ratio can be obtained from the optical disk having the double refraction. <P>SOLUTION: The level of the double refraction of the optical disk 1 is set to be within 60 nm for a read-only disk, within 60 nm for a DRAW type disk and within 40 nm for a rewritable type disk, while two substrates 1a and 1b are stuck to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
