<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a recording setting work by achieving increase in recording efficiency and performing complete user management. <P>SOLUTION: Readers 1-1 to 1-12 read identification information from a nearby recording medium or read biological information from a nearby user. Access controllers 7-1, 7-2 specify the user based on the identification information or the biological information and determines propriety of passage of the user. A center device 6 counts frequency of alarm occurrence by every user when an alarm occurs in this determination process, considers the user whose frequency of alarm occurrence satisfies predetermined conditions to have high frequency of alarm occurrence, records the user when the alarm occurs and when the readers read the identification information or the biological information of the user who is considered to have high frequency of alarm occurrence, records the user who approaches the readers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
