<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an advertisement distribution system with less communication capability by which a user can easily browse necessary advertisement. <P>SOLUTION: When a contractant transmits a leaflet from FAX equipment 1, an OCR 3 reads an answer sheet part provided on an upper part of the leaflet from received FAX data. A FAX server 4 stores the received FAX data in a FAX data storage server 5. In addition, a leaflet title is acquired from answer sheet information read by the OCR 3. A DB server 6 generates a Web page where the FAX data of the leaflet stored in the FAX data storage server 5 is browsed and notifies the FAX server 4 of its URL. The FAX server 4 notifies a user's cellular phone 13 of title information and URL information of the leaflet via a mail server 7.
