<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service use qualification screening device capable of automatically performing service for issuing key information and a public key certificate, etc. via network without manual operation. <P>SOLUTION: The service use qualification screening device has a request acceptance processing part 21 which receives a service use request from a requester's terminal and transmits a screening result to the service use request to the requester's terminal, screening processing parts 22A-22X provided by every screening item in order to screen screening items necessary for the service about the service which can be screened by a service use qualification screening device 20 and a screening method specification part 24 which specifies the screening processing parts 22A-22X by which the screening should be executed from a service name under service use request based on screening method allocation information in which the service which can be screened by the service use qualification screening device 20 is associated with a screening processing means specification list including the screening items necessary for the service, transfers the service use requests to the screening processing means 22A-22X to make them execute the screening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
