<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small portable information recording carrier issuing device capable of performing read/write and print of information to RFID. <P>SOLUTION: An information recording carrier issuing unit 1 comprises an RFID read/write part 17, a medium insert part 18 guiding a medium inserted, and positioning an RFID inlet; a print character part 13 performing printing to a print display part of the positioned information recording carrier; an endless band for printing 7; a print character selection means rotatably supporting the endless band; and a pressing means 5 pressing the endless band to the print display part. A data input unit comprises a keyboard part capable of inputting desired information to be transmitted to the RFID read/write part; a display part displaying desired information inputted and desired information written in the RFID read/writer part; and a transmission means transmitting receiving the input from the keyboard and the display to the display part with the information recording carrier issuing unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
