<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for spouting a carbon dioxide gas-containing beverage which can form beer-like creamy bubbles when the carbon dioxide gas-containing beverage is spouted from a dispenser and can improve palatability even when it is a carbon dioxide gas-containing beverage having no spontaneous bubble formability such as cider (apple wine) and champagne. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus 1 for spouting the carbon dioxide gas-containing beverage which pushes out and spouts the carbon dioxide gas-containing beverage by a compressed gas filling a gas cylinder 4 from a beverage barrel 61 filled with the carbon dioxide gas-containing beverage having no spontaneous bubble formability, the apparatus for spouting the carbon dioxide gas-containing beverage keeps a head space part of the beverage barrel filled with the carbon dioxide gas-containing beverage filled with a mixed gas of carbon dioxide gas and nitrogen gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
