POWER SYSTEM SHUTDOWN EVALUATION METHOD AND DEVICE AND POWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology for properly evaluating the shutdown of a power system.

SOLUTION: This method includes a process in which reliability of the power system after the shutdown is calculated and stored in a first reliability data storing portion in shutting down a particular portion of the power system and a process in which an evaluation value to the shutdown is calculated according to the deterioration degree of reliability stored in the first reliability data storing portion from the reliability of the power system stored in the second reliability data storing portion with no shutdown. By determining the evaluation value according to the degree of the deterioration this way when the reliability after the shutdown deteriorates from the normal reliability with no shutdown, a risk of the shutdown of the power system can be evaluated quantitatively.
