PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion device and a color conversion method which can also suppress the occurrence of flurring of a picture by suppression of impact of a noise component, without emphasizing further impact of the noise component contained in a color data, when performing a processing which raises intensity of color data. SOLUTION: The color conversion device comprises a formation means (1,1c,1d) of a color correction amount which calculates the color correction amount to perform a color correction amount calculation (4, 4c,4d) and noise removal (3,11,12) based on the above first image data, and a summing means (2) to require the second image data to add the amount of color correction to the first image data.
