PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized power supply unit capable of significantly reducing power consumed in the power supply unit. SOLUTION: This stabilized power supply unit including an output transistor 2 receiving an input voltage Vin from the outside and a control circuit 4c for controlling the output transitor 2 so that an output voltage Vout of the DC stabilized power supply unit may be stabilized comprises a voltage supply circuit 3c which steps down the input voltage Vin and outputs a voltage obtained by the stepping-down as a voltage for driving the control circuit 4c.
