PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer panel with which an internal light-emitting body is made to emit light even if a power supply terminal is not provided in a cellular telephone set body. SOLUTION: Since a battery 36 is used as a driving power source of a light-emitting unit 14, even when attaching the outer panel to a telephone set type to which power can not be directly supplied from a cellular telephone set 1, the light-emitting unit 14 is made to emit light. When attaching an outer panel 10 to the cellular telephone set 1, therefore, it is not necessary to consider a type of the cellular telephone set 1 to attach the outer panel thereto, so that it is extremely functional.
