PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of a radio LAN communicating which can transmit a communication without performing the competition of a transmission right insurance of each station, can perform the effective use of a radio communication medium and can increase the number of radio terminal stations which can connect simultaneously. SOLUTION: The radio terminal station specified as the destination of the transmission packet transmits a data communication packet to the above base station after an ACK communication packet when the radio terminal station receives the communication packet to own station from the base station. Otherwise, the data transmission addressed to the base station is performed in the ACK communication packet return periods, without transmitting the above ACK communication packet.
