PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stain bills reliably and effectively even with a small amount of ink and to prevent the ink which does not adhere to the bills from staining surrounding equipment and environment by making the jetted ink easily adhere to the bills and arranging an ink absorption sheet for absorbing ink. SOLUTION: The cash storage device is provided with a pressing plate 13 for pressing the bill 12 to align and hold it, a bill storage part storing the bill 12 in its inside, and a bill staining means for jetting the ink 24 to stain the bill 12 when a destructive action is detected.
