PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black light capable of monitoring easily the state of a work during irradiation of an ultraviolet ray. SOLUTION: An irradiation part 2 irradiates an irradiation spot on a base material 24 with an ultraviolet ray. A camera part 20 arranged on the vertical upside of the base material 24 photographs the periphery of the irradiation spot. An image processing part 16 generates an image based on an image signal received from the camera part 20, and measures the moving quantity of the work by extracting the work position from the generated image. A control part 4 receives the generated image and the measured moving quantity of the work from the image processing part 16 and displays them on a display part 8. The control part 4 determines whether the measured moving quantity of the work exceeds a prescribed threshold or not, and, in the case of exceeding the prescribed threshold, informs the display part 8 or a voice output part 18 of the effect of exceeding the prescribed threshold.
