PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch mechanism capable of preventing it from being erroneously disengaged and capable of simplifying a gear box. SOLUTION: This clutch mechanism 2 comprises a slide shaft 22 axially passed through the inside of an axle 31 and a knob 23 fitted at one end of the slide shaft 22 and rotatable relative to the slide shaft 22. A key member 21 is fitted to the other end part of the slide shaft 22 to face the inner peripheral surface of the axle 31. A locking groove 14 with which the key member 21 is engaged so as to be axially moved relative to a drive shaft 13 and to be unrotated about a drive shaft 13 is formed in the drive shaft 13. A key groove 33 engageable with and disengageable from the key member 21 according to the axial reciprocating movement of the slide shaft 22 and stopping the relative rotation of the axle 31 to the slide shaft 22 in an engaged state is formed in one end inner peripheral surface of the axle 31.
