PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration drier capable of shortening a drying time, not requiring a large-sized auxiliary facility for discharging an object to be treated such as a powder and a complex mechanism, and also extremely easily and smoothly performing its discharge step, for example, in the filtration drier for filtration-drying the slurry liquid-like object to be treated containing a particulate such as chemicals having a high pharmacological activity, a substance with strong toxicity, foods, formation articles and electronic materials and in a filtration-drying method for performing filtration-drying of the object to be treated by steps of filtration, rinsing, drying and discharging. SOLUTION: In the filtration drier rotatably provided with a basket 3 for storing the object to be treated and performing filtration-drying, a plurality of guide wings for guiding the dried object to be treated and feeding it toward the discharge port side of the basket 3 are obliquely and intermittently provided on an inner wall surface of the basket.
