PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical needle and a medical device which reduce pain to a patient and minimize damage to the pierced portion of the patient. SOLUTION: The medical needle extends in a specified direction and the cross sectional area of a vertical cross section cut by a plan perpendicular to the specified direction is regularly increased or decreased depending on a distance from the tip. The medical needle has a plurality of maximal points where the cross sectional area of the vertical cross section is maximized and at least one point where the cross sectional area of the vertical cross section is minimized, and has a greater first crossed angle formed by a slant from the minimum point toward the adjacent maximum point than the second crossed angle formed by a slant from the minimum point toward the adjacent maximum point at the tail end, when viewed on a projected plane in parallel to the predetermined direction.
