PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly acceptable tea extract easily exhibiting and having floc-suppressive effects without causing troublesome process with no need of any special production process and any new production equipment as a result of adding in producing a tea beverage, and also exhibiting bitterness/astringency-ameliorative effects when added to tea beverages, to provide a tea beverage incorporated with the extract, and to provide a method for producing the tea beverage. SOLUTION: The tea extract is such that the content relationship between aluminum and theogallin is controlled properly. The tea beverage incorporated with the extract is provided, enabling floc development thereof to be suppressed during storage as a result of adding the extract in producing the tea beverage and being ameliorated in bitterness/astringency with well-balanced taste.
