A honeycomb panel for the exterior of a building is provided to secure good adhesive strength between a honeycomb and metal sheet with using the existing adhesive applying facility and to make an adhesion process fast by the quick hardening characteristic of an adhesive composition. The honeycomb panel has a honeycomb(10) and a metal sheet(20) adhered on one or both sides of the honeycomb. The honeycomb and the metal sheet are bonded by an adhesive composition. The adhesive composition consists of unsaturated ester resin produced by heating and mixing styrene phenol, oleic acid ester, polyester glycol, and fumaric acid at 80deg.C, mixing and stirring elements with the mixture at 250deg.C for 2-3 hours, cooling down the mixed material at 100deg.C, mixing and stirring the material with sulfamic acid at 120deg.C for 20-40 minutes, stirring the mixed material together with triethylamine at 80deg.C for 30-60 minutes, neutralizing the mixed material, and then stirring and compositing the neutralized material at 250deg.C for 1-2 hours; at least one kind of reinforcing components selected from a group comprising epoxy resin, urethane resin, phenol resin, melamine resin, urea resin, acrylic acid, acrylonitrile, acrylamide, and polyester polyol; a cross linking agent; a filler; and a hardening agent.
