<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand brake device capable of keeping good getting on/off performance of a driver, eliminating the need of unnecessary operation when switching a braking position and a brake releasing position, and comparatively simplifying a structure. <P>SOLUTION: A brake lever body 30 tilting in a fore-and-aft direction is journaled to a lever bracket 11. A backward tilting position of the brake lever body 30 is made to be the braking position, and a forward tilting position of the brake lever body 30 is made to be the brake releasing position. The brake lever body 30 includes a base portion side lever member 31 journaled to the lever bracket 11, and an end portion side lever member 47 pivotally attached on an end portion side of the base portion side lever member 31. The base portion side lever member 31 has a regulating portion regulating forward tilting of the end portion side lever member 45, and the end portion side lever member 46 loosely moves to the base portion side lever member 31 between a forward tilting regulating position regulating forward tilting and a forward tilting regulation releasing position releasing forward tilting regulation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
