PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correlation guaranteeing apparatus capable of properly protecting contents provided on a plurality of sheets of paper. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with an acquiring means for acquiring first pattern information indicating the feature amount of a pattern on first paper used as a reference having predetermined contents, and second pattern information indicating the feature amount of a pattern on second paper to be a related target of the first paper having the predetermined contents; and a storage means for storing authentication information based on the first and second pattern information on the second paper to be a related target.
