PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC handler capable of transferring electronic components at once between trays and inspection sockets, by sucking the a plurality of electronic components with a plurality of suction nozzles. SOLUTION: The IC handler comprises a base 2 for supporting a plurality of inspection sockets 6 in which electronic components 5 to be inspected are loaded; a plurality of suction nozzles for sucking the plurality of electronic components; a head unit 75 for sucking the electronic components on the uninspected component tray by the suction nozzles, and loading the plurality of inspection sockets 6, thereafter transferring to the inspected component tray, wherein at least one among the plurality of suction nozzles is supported movably freely and horizontally with respect to the head unit 75; and the suction nozzle moving device for converting the interval of electronic components 5, determined by a plurality of component storage recesses for uninspected component trays to the interval of the plurality of inspection sockets 6, by moving the moveable suction nozzles halfway in moving of the head unit 75, from the uninspected component tray onto the plurality of sockets 6.
