PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure of a vehicle which can adjust air amount flowing in the space between a ventilator outlet part and a duct part, and prevent flapping over of a valve part and intrusion of water or dust into the space. SOLUTION: In the ventilation structure, a first rib 10 projecting from the ventilator outlet part 3 of a ventilation device 1 toward the side of a cover member 5 of the ventilation device 1 is provided on the ventilator outlet part 3. The first rib 10 is disposed at the position which covers the opening 7 under the cover member 5, and which is spaced between the opening 7 at the under part and the vertical direction of the vehicle.
