PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant growth regulator having good workability, being environment-friendly, scarcely having toxicity, exhibiting excellent dwarf effect by surely suppressing spindly growth of plant bodies and capable of enhancing quality of horticultural crops and field crops. SOLUTION: The plant growth regulator comprises cinnamon cortex.
