PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper handle which is attached to a large-sized pouch type container and is used. SOLUTION: The paper handle is used by being attached to a handle hole formed at a heat-sealed part of a pouch type container formed by laminating plastic films. According to the paper handle, two boards composed of left/right side boards (11 and 12) are arranged to be adjacent to each other, and central upper edges of two adjacent side boards (11 and 12) are divided by a slit (a). The part extending down from the slit (a) is demarcated into a front board (13) of a droplet shape by two folding lines (b and c). A folding/stacking board (14) is connected to the edge of the side board (11) on which the front board (13) is not formed via a folding line (d), and is provided with a locking piece (15) formed projectingly on the edge of the folding/stacking board (14). An incision line (e) to which the locking piece (15) is locked is formed on the side board (12) which is formed with a projecting portion (16) that projects outward near the side board (11) with the folding/stacking board (14) on the lower edge of the side board (12).
