PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve various problems occurring by formation of a coat by means of plasma deposition on a synthetic-resin-made container. SOLUTION: An apparatus 10 of the invention includes a pipe 15 having a heater 16 and capable of inserting inside from a mouth 2a of a wall 2 constituting a body of a bottle 1 and pulling out from inside, a raw material gas supplying means for supplying a raw material gas G to the pipe 15, and a heat generating means for generating heat on the heater 16. The gas G supplied through the pipe 15 inserted into the wall 2 is heated by the heater 16, and a decomposition matter generated from the gas G is deposited on the internal surface of the wall 2 to form a film of the coat 3.
