PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cleaner for which cost increase is suppressed and an exhaust filter can be easily detached to the outside. SOLUTION: Dust is sucked from an air inlet 7 and accumulated in a dust box part 3, and in order to remove the dust contained in exhaust from a motor-driven blower 2, the exhaust is cleaned further by an exhaust filter 6 arranged in a cleaner main body part of an exhaust port 8 arranged on the upper surface of a cleaner main body 1 and is discharged from the exhaust port 8. The exhaust filter 6 is attached to the cleaner main body 1 by clamping the exhaust filter 6 with the main body by a dust cover 5 so as to press it from the above when the dust cover 5 is closed. When detaching the exhaust filter from the cleaner main body to the outside, by sliding and opening the dust cover 5 upwards, the exhaust filter 6 is easily detached from the cleaner main body 1 to the outside.
