SYSTEM FOR BLOCKING SPAM MAIL AND RECOVERING FALSE POSITIVE SPAM MAIL

A device for blocking and recovering spam mails is provided to simplify a process for blocking the spam mails and recovering falsely recognized normal mails, and offer stability of the process by reducing system load. A spam mail box(12) stores the mails determined as the spam mail in a spam mail blocker. A normal mail box(14) stores the mails determined as the normal mail in the spam mail blocker. A spam mail searcher(16) recovers the falsely recognized normal mails among the mails stored in the spam mail box. The spam mail blocker divides the spam and normal mails based on a goods information area and a personal information area. The spam mail searcher includes a syntax analyzer reforming a normalized sentence by removing unnecessary phrases and words through natural language syntax analysis, a token generator converting the normalized sentence into tokens, a personal information inferring device, a personal information repository, a personal information candidate lookup table, and a determining module.
