A prefabricated brick using loess is provided to construct a loess structure by assembling and disassembling bricks easily regardless of skillfulness. A prefabricated brick(1) using loess is composed of a hexahedral body(2) and an engaging projection(3) to be assembled with an engaging projection of another brick and is manufactured to have the size of 30~40 centimeters in length, 20~30 centimeters in height and 15~35 centimeters in breath.
