A clearance prevention structure of a steering column of a vehicle is provided to control the clearance volume between the upper and lower shafts and improve the quality according to the combination of the support and guide bushings by the combining bolts and nuts. A clearance prevention structure of a steering column(10) of a vehicle is composed of the steering column having an upper shaft(30) formed with a spline groove in the inner peripheral surface of one end, and a lower shaft(20) formed with a spline unit(23) at one end; and a shaft combining structure(40) containing a support bushing combined at the outer peripheral surface of one end of the upper shaft, and a guide bushing combined at the outer peripheral surface of the spline unit to combine the support and guide bushings by combining bolts and nuts. The support bushing is press-fitted into a predetermined position of the outer peripheral surface of one end of the upper shaft.
