<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CM insertion system capable of providing a various and interesting service. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a step SH6 of calculating a tendency of favorite artists on the basis of profile data of a distribution destination user in the case of a CM distribution time (SH4); a step SH7 of extracting an associated CM ID by searching the calculated artist ID from artist-based CM definition data at a present time; a step SH8 of determining data to be packetized and transmitted next by acquiring CM data associated with the extracted CM ID from a CM data library and defining the CM data as data for configuring an undefined region of the program data; and thereafter a step SH9 of executing CM distribution processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
