<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access controller by which access control with consistency is realized in each computer even under off-line environment. <P>SOLUTION: The access controller performs the access control to resources based on resource classification information for classifying each resource, subject classification information for classifying each subject and definition information in which rules regarding approval/disapproval judgment of operations are defined by every type of operations according to combination of classification of the resources and classification of subjects. The access controller has an approval/disapproval judgment execution means for executing the approval/disapproval judgment by every type of operations to the resources by the subjects based on subject identification information and resource identification information transmitted from other information processor which operates the resources, a license data generation means for generating license data including the subject identification information, the resource identification information and results of the approval/disapproval judgment by every type of the operations and a license data return means for returning the license data to other information processors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
