PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cooling efficiency of a fan device for a free-access floor by making it possible to adjust the air-blowing direction according to an electronic device installed on the floor. SOLUTION: A cooling fan 3 is secured to the underside of a floor face component part 2 having a ventilation opening 1, in such a manner that the air-blowing direction is variable.
