PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive large cold plate with superior dimensional accuracy, durability, and recycling characteristic. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the cold plate is characterized by that a metal plate provided with a cooling water groove to be a recessed part on a lapping face, and a metal plate to be lapped on the metal plate, and provided with a cooling water groove lid to be a protruding part in a position corresponding to the recessed part on a lapping face are fit together by the protruding part and the recessed part, the metal plates are integrated by adhering the lapping faces together by an adhesive, and a cooling water groove is formed in a fitting part between the protruding part and the recessed part.
