PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw water conveyance device capable of quickly leading a leak water having a large amount of flow to a raw water conveyance place and facilitating installation work. SOLUTION: Since the raw water conveyance device 1 includes one end section provided to a puddle section, the other end section provided to a head race body 2 placed downward of one end section and a head race, a raw water conveyance body 3 permeating water to be adhered by capillarity action, a passage molding body 4 forming a passage over both end sections of the head race body provided to the raw water conveyance body and a discharge pipe line body 5 having one end connected to the other end of the raw water conveyance body, the other end extended downward from one end of the raw water conveyance body and a discharge pipe line flowing down in a state to close a passage cross section by water falling down from the raw water conveyance body, a water leak can be quickly led to a raw water conveyance place from the water leak puddle section by making good use of the principles of capillarity action and siphon effect.
