PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall-material fastener which facilitates the performance of sticking work of an airtight tape for closing a gap between upper and lower heat-insulating materials adjacent to each other. SOLUTION: This wall-material fastener A is used for mounting the heat-insulating material 3 and an external facing material 4 on lathing 2. The wall-material fastener comprises: a fixing piece 20 for fixing the heat-insulating material and the external facing material 4 to the lathing 2; a heat-insulating-material supporting piece 21 which is protrusively provided on the surface of the fixing piece 20; an upper locking part 27 which is provided in such a manner as to protrude upward from the piece 21; a lower locking part 28 which is provided in such a manner as to protrude downward from the piece 21; and an external-facing-material holding part 22 which is protrusively provided on the side opposite to the side of the piece 21 from the lower locking part 28 on the downside with respect to the piece 21.
