PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the selectivity of a sealing material, heat efficiency, and a repeated thermal stress and mechanical stress by eliminating a heating device from a reaction vessel parted with a function. SOLUTION: In a pressure reactor provided with the reaction vessel (1) openably installed with a pressure cover (3) closing air-tightly the opening part of a pressure vessel main body and a circulating system (7) circulating and feeding a semicritical fluid or an ultracritical fluid to the reaction vessel to the pressure vessel main body (2) having an opening part (20) for making a member to be treated go in or out the inside, adiabatic layers (4, 5, 51, 41) are installed on the inner wall of the reaction vessel, and a heating line (8) raising the temperature of the semicritical fluid or the ultracritical fluid up to the treating temperature of the member to be treated in the reaction vessel (1) in the circulating system.
