PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate warm waves harmless to a human body regarding a warm wave generator which generates radiation heat of far infrared rays from a heat generator. SOLUTION: The warm wave generator 1 is provided with: a DC power source 2; a frequency generator 3 which can output a signal wave of a frequency in a prescribed range variably; a transformer 6 in which a primary coil 4 through which the DC current outputted from the warm wave generator 1 can pass and a secondary coil 5 through which the DC current outputted from the frequency generator 3 can pass are provided facing each other; and the heat generator 7 connected to the DC current source through the primary coil 4 of the transformer 6. The heat generator 7 can generate heat with DC current modulated by a signal wave passing through the primary coil 4 of the transformer 6 and passing through the secondary coil 5.
