PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist acupressuring tool which can be set on any garment to wear with no special garment needed, and can be adjusted to point a position to acupressure. SOLUTION: The waist acupressuring tool 10 is equipped with an acupressuring piece 11 having an acupressuring part 15 and a wearing piece 12 connected to the acupressuring piece 11, and the tool is worn by sandwiching the waist area of a garment between the acupressuring piece 11 and the wearing piece 12, wherein one of the acupressuring piece 11 and the wearing piece 12 is equipped with a first body 11a, a first connector 11b provided at the first body 11a, and an elastic variable 11g provided near the connector 11b; another of the acupressuring piece 11 and the wearing piece 12 is equipped with a second body 12a, a second connector 12b provided at the body 12a and turnably connected to the first connector 11b, and a press 12d which is provided near the connector 12b to be opposite to the first body 11a and the second body 12a and can press the elastic variable 11g; and the press 12d presses the elastic variable 11g to force the first body 11a and the second body 12a to approach to each other.
