PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a mode capable of heating nearly to a boiling temperature without discharging steam. SOLUTION: Heating equipment is provided with an inner container 12 for housing liquid, a heating means for heating the inner container 12, and a temperature detection means for detecting a temperature inside the inner container 12, and executes boiling control of heating the liquid inside the inner container 12 to a preset heating OFF temperature by the heating means and heat insulation control of maintaining the liquid inside the inner container 12 at a heat insulation set temperature selected from two or more kinds of preset heat insulation set temperatures on the basis of the detection value of the temperature detection means. In the heating equipment, steamless heating control of turning off heating by the heating means at a temperature different from the heat insulation set temperature of the heat insulation control and below the heating OFF temperature of the boiling control is provided.
