The assembly has a plate and a memory (11) with a number of contact pins soldered on a surface of the plate. The memory rests closely at the surface and has an auxiliary clamping section (13), where the memory is clamped and the pins are covered by the section. The surface of an external layer of the section is locked with an upper end of the memory, so that the upper end lies on the surface of an exterior of a memory card freely.
