A silicon hand-grip and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to emit anion by using tourmaline, to regulate a grip range, and to enable a user to move all fingers. The silicon hand-grip manufacturing method comprises the steps of: mixing silicon of 90-95wt.% and anion powder of 5-10wt.%(S10,S20); injecting the mixed material into a mold formed in a silicon hand-grip(S30); heating the mold at 140-120 deg.C and the pressure of 160-180kg/cm^2 for 10-30 minutes(S40); and drawing out the product from the mold and trimming the product(S50). The anion powder is tourmaline. The mold is formed like a doughnut. The outer surface of the silicon hand-grip is embossed. When a user holds the silicon hand-grip over predetermined pressure, a light emitting element installed inside emits the light.
